We specialize in conducting tax proceedings in particular in cases where the tax authorities question the VAT deduction. Our experience includes in particular: strategic tax advisory for Customers from the recycling industry (3,5 MPLN, 50 MPLN, 120 MPLN) resulting in decision revoking (proceeding in the Tax Chamber), conducting tax proceedings as regards questioned VAT deduction (transactions of significant value).

The main area of our activity is also consultancy on the level of corporate law, real estate law and construction law, intellectual property law, public law, financial law, contract law and conducting court proceedings.

Individual Clients may take advantage of the Firm's support in legacy cases and generation planning, advisory services in civil and penal law cases, administrative and court-administrative proceedings as well as advisory in reprivatisation cases.
